Amera is a registered nurse, yoga and movement guide, and sound meditation facilitator whose work blends movement, sound, and compassionate care to support nervous system regulation, connection, and embodied well-being. Her offerings weave together intentional movement, breathwork, sound healing, nervous system regulation, and subtle energy practices to help people reconnect with themselves and each other. With a decade long background in nursing, life support education and a lifelong connection to movement, her calling naturally evolved into creating healing experiences that weave together yoga, breathwork, and sound. She’s inspired by her spiritual practice, body science, bioenergetics, polarity, and the wisdom of nature. Amera's approach honors each person's unique experience while creating space for deep feeling, rest, healing, and authentic community. She is also the founder of the Climbers for Palestine Chicago chapter and is committed to healing justice and liberation. Amera offers community classes, retreats, private and corporate sessions, workshops, conferences, sound healing ceremonies, and tea circles.
